Rental Terms

(standard and not the most fun to read, but you do need to know):

This the boring stuff ...but it is important:

Customer must inform Nola City Lights If the equipment is damaged or is not working properly.

Rental equipment is due back on the date/time agreed upon by Nola City Lights and the rider(s).

The lock we give you is good, it must be used.

Mon - Sun 7:00 pm - midnight by Appointment only

You could have assumed most of this; We know, but it makes our moms happy when we act responsible by putting this on the website.

If you are younger than 21, your bike loving adult guardian must be accompanying you. if you are younger than 18, because of our insurance, we can't rent you a bike. You must be 21 to drink alcholic beverages.

You have to read and sign a waiver before you can ride.

We are located in Armstrong Park, but we are a mobile service so we can come to you. Make reservation thru your hotel concierge or one of our event advisers, see the contact information below.

The renters are responsible for all the stuff you rent from us, if it's lost or damaged, there will be additional charges... so let's be careful out there. If something breaks or gets lost. let us know, please, so we can make sure the problem is taken care of.

We need a license and a credit card to make sure you are a real person.
